So a little while ago I got a Nikon D5000 as a gift.  Originally i wanted it just for photo documentation of my cakes and pastries.  But after just a short little while i started experimenting with a few other things.  So from time to time I may post up a few shots I think are pretty cool as well as my cakes!

As for the cakes themselves, I have just recently got into school for it.  Yah I know, everyone has been bugging me for years about it and now I've finally got myself enrolled.  I love the class so far.  I am in course 2 now which is all breads.  I really enjoy baking breads.  Its soothing to me.  Dunno why really.

In course 3 and 4 we do french pastries and decorated cakes.  So in just a few short weeks I should be able to start posting cakes much faster and hopefully even better quality then before!
