This one is a little strange for sure. I had a customer request a cake that looks like bacon for a friends birthday. This is what I came up with. All the strips of bacon were done as a large piece of fondant then slices thinly into stripes of bacon. The cake itself is a 7 layer dark chocolate cake with a bittersweet chocolate filling.
