So every year for the last few years I've tried to get a gingerbread house done for christmas. This year I amped up my project size. The carosel was made from about 46 pieces of gingerbread, all glued together with royal icing. EVERYTHING is completely edible. I mounted it on a lazy susan I use for decorating cakes so it spins freely. All the stencils were made by me from scratch. Well, EVERYTHING on it was made by me from scratch.
